Hi, my name is Todd Coburn. I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and absolutely love educating and helping people achieve the ultimate optimum health we all seek from day to day. I want everyone to know that health and fitness is my passion and I continue to educate myself everyday through my doctorate program in Naturopathy from Clayton College of Natural Health. Furthering my education has opened my eyes to the power of nature's own ability to provide us with the essential tools and foods for self-healing.
What is personal training?
Personal training is exercising under the guidance of a certified fitness expert to reach your weight, health, exercise, or athletic goals.
Amateur to pro athletes have long used personal trainers to increase their performance in competition. To look their best on the red carpet, movie stars are known to hire personal trainers. Training can consist of one-on-one workouts, as well as group and team coaching. The trainer will motivate you, and get you to push pass your threshold into a whole new mindset of exercising, taking you to limits that you never would have gone to on your own.
